Rated 3 out of 5 by BobEee from Loved the endprint facility I purchased the product in order to print on A3.
Great having the ability to print without using the computer at all. The A4 print function was fine, but brother mfc-5890cn scanner A3 was another matter entirely. Prints A4 pages. We have found it to be an excellent copier, printer and fax machine, but we have not used it for brother mfc-5890cn scanner yet, but there is a facility on the machine for this too.
Each cartridge prints A4 pages. Brother customer support were brilliant, getting an engineer out to us in a couple of days.

The control buttons are the easiest and quickest of any previous printer, the scanning facility is particularly quick and simple. I don’t need to print A3, but could do so if wished, but I have printed addresses on every size of envelope, printed my address logo with its picture on every size of paper product from post cards brother mfc-5890cn scanner A4 without any problems. Rated 4 out of 5 by jiholland from Great product, but quite clunky This works well, but the paper tray is quite flimsy compared to the rest of the machine.
The print results are good but the unit is prone to paper jambs if the paper is at all currled at the edges. I would recommend buying this brother mfc-5890cn scanner as it does what it says it does, it prints, copies and faxes, and does it all very well.
Only 1 out of every A3 pictures would print with no problems.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Crispy from great value brother mfc-5890cn scanner money Brother mfc-5890cn scanner Brother MFC is great value for money and works well in a small office. Cost of ink is forever a battle with any printer, for which the print quality is good not outstanding as expected at this price range and for an inkjet rather than a laser printer.
Oh I forgot to mention its a Fax and the brotehr feed scanner is as good scanndr many separate flatbed scanners I have owned. Each colour cartridge prints pages; black cartridge prints pages.
The only drawback is that there are 4 ink cartidges, but they don’t all go at brother mfc-5890cn scanner and we are heavy brother mfc-5890cn scanner of printers, but we found that the print cartridges have lasted from October until the end of January. Then started the problems Even after the print mechanism was replaced by an engineer and the recommended Brother paper was used, the problems persisted.

I would not recommend the product if your primary goal brother mfc-5890cn scanner to print in A3. When we first set up the printer it wouldn’t print A3. Very pleased with this purchase. The brlther tray is a bit fiddly when changing between A4 and A3 paper, but we brother mfc-5890cn scanner it alongside its “little brother” the MFCCW, to mimimise this problem.
Using plain A3 paper at ‘normal’ quality setting and the output is brother mfc-5890cn scanner and fast – not quite as sharp as the laser but fine for issuing mf-5890cn clients etc and it’s in colour!
Rated 4 out of 5 by Matt from So far so good Error brother mfc-5890cn scanner brothee alternate between ‘No paper fed’ and “paper jam’. Having the ability to print A3 is great and in terms of using the machine, it has easy functions and looks as professional as it can.
The print quality is good, but the ink can make the paper quite damp if you don’t use something thick.
